Antoine Dumurgier, new Chairman and CEO of Berger-Levrault since 2022, presents the new management team of the France-based international software publisher, leader in ERP for financial management and human resources management in the public and semi-public sectors. Berger-Levrault also offers business software for local authorities and healthcare establishments, as well as equipment and infrastructure maintenance management systems for the private sector.
In 2022, the mid-sized company achieved sales of €195 million with 40,000 customers, and employs 2,000 people in 7 countries.
The new Executive Committee comprises 5 Business Unit General Managers and
4 Cross-Functional Directors, led by Antoine Dumurgier.

The management team is also strengthened by several newcomers:
Galliane Touze, 51, a graduate of NEOMA Business School, began her career with PWC before joining the ORANGE group. She spent a large part of her career at Econocom in management positions, notably in M&A and finance, before being appointed Secretary General of the group. On September 1, 2022, she joined Berger-Levrault as Chief Finance, Legal and Public Affairs Officer, to support the company’s development. In June 2023, she was elected to the Board of Directors of Numeum, the leading trade association for the digital ecosystem in France.
Jérôme Bonnet, 45, a graduate of the CNAM (French National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts) in Paris, began his career with Apside. He has 20 years’ experience as CTO, most of which was spent internationally with Edenred, first in Asia and then in Germany. Since April 2, 2023, he has been Chief Technology Officer of the Berger-Levrault Group. His new mission is to respond to technological challenges by developing agile practices, transforming architectures and technologies to promote the SaaS model with high levels of reliability and security.
Sophie de Thoré, 38, a graduate of the École supérieure de commerce de Paris (ESCP Business School), began her career with strategy consultancy Roland Berger. In 2014, she joined the Edenred group, where she successively held various international positions in strategy and operational management. On April 2, 2023, she joined Berger-Levrault as Chief Transformation, Strategy and Business Development Officer, where she is responsible for supporting Business Unit management in their transformation and development, and piloting up-and-coming activities.
Senda Bouchrara, 44, has a degree in Computer Science from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne and a Master’s in Finance from the IAE in Paris. She began her career with Altran in 2001 as a consultant, where she was promoted to finance business unit manager. In 2007, she joined stockbroker Exane, where she piloted operational efficiency projects, before joining the Group’s General Inspection department, where she was later appointed Director. In 2015, she joined cloud management solutions provider Cegid as Executive Director in charge of Performance and Transformation, then Director of Services. In 2020, she joined Visiativ, a player in the digitalization of industrial SMEs and mid-sized companies, to address the challenges of the industry as Deputy General Manager in charge of Offer, Transformation and Innovation. On June 1, 2023, she joins Berger-Levrault as General Manager of CARL Berger-Levrault. She plans to support CARL Berger-Levrault’s transformation to SaaS in order to consolidate its European leadership and accelerate international deployment. Her experience of transformation projects linked to the subscription economy and SaaS technology complements the existing teams’ expertise.
